RETURNS
If you are a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights, according to the Consumer Rights Act, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. The period for withdrawal from the contract begins from the time you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods. You may withdraw from the contract by submitting a withdrawal statement to us, e.g., via email sent to: kontakt@opcjanatura.pl. It is sufficient to send us the statement before the 14-day period expires. Send the returned goods to us promptly at the address: Opcja Natura, ul. Kościuszki 8, 63-700 Krotoszyn, but no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from the contract. We will refund payments made by you promptly under the terms specified in the Store Regulations, but no later than 14 days from the day we receive the withdrawal statement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof of their return - whichever occurs first. The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply in cases specified in the Regulations. For all detailed information about your rights, please refer to this document.
COMPLAINTS
If you are a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights, you have certain rights if the sold goods are not in accordance with the contract. In case of non-conformity of goods with the contract, you have the right to file a complaint – e.g., at the email address: kontakt@opcjanatura.pl. As a rule, we are responsible for the lack of conformity of goods with the contract, existing at the time of its delivery and disclosed within two years from that time. Based on the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, you may demand:
- replacement of goods,
- repair of goods. In some cases, you may make a statement about:
- withdrawal from the contract,
