Loyalty Program Regulations "My Opcja Natura"
I. General Provisions
- The organizer of the "My Opcja Natura" Loyalty Program (hereinafter: "Program") is Opcja Natura based in {STORE_ADDRESS}, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the National Court Register under number {KRS} with Tax ID {NIP}, REGON {REGON}, operating at www.opcjanatura.pl. Detailed data of the Organizer and provisions regarding the operation of the opcjanatura.pl online store are specified in the Online Store Regulations, which constitute an integral part of these Regulations.
- The Program is conducted in the territory of the Republic of Poland exclusively through the opcjanatura.pl website.
- Participation in the Program is voluntary and free of charge.
- The Program runs from June 3, 2025 until its cancellation.
- In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Online Store Regulations at www.mothersprotect.com, available on the Store's website, shall apply, and in case of conflict between the provisions of these Regulations and the Store Regulations, these Regulations shall apply.
II. Definitions
For the purposes of these Regulations, the following terms mean:
- Program – "My Opcja Natura" Loyalty Program described in these Regulations.
- Regulations – this document defining the rules of the Program.
- Organizer – Opcja Natura, referred to in point I.
- Store – online store operating at opcjanatura.pl.
- Participant – a natural person who is of legal age, has full legal capacity, or a legal entity that has created an Account and signed up for the Program.
- Account – Participant's individual account in the Store.
- Points – units awarded to Participants in connection with activities specified in part IV of the Regulations.
- Level – degree of participation in the Program, determining the rate of Points calculation (Tree, Moon, Full Moon).
- Referral Program – Program module enabling earning Points for recommending the Store to new Participants.
- Order – Customer's declaration of intent submitted using the Order Form and aimed directly at concluding a Product or Products Sales Agreement with the Seller.
- Carrier
- delivery method selected by the Customer when placing an Order.
III. Program Participation
- The Program may be joined by persons with an active Account in the Store.
- To join the Program, a Participant who is already a registered user should:
- log in to their Account and select the option to join the Program in the "Loyalty Points" tab, or
- when placing an Order while logged in, express the desire to participate in the Program.
- New customers create an Account and then sign up for the Program as described in section 2.
- A Participant may resign from the Program at any time in the "Loyalty Points" tab on their Account. Resignation results in the loss of all unused Points; re-joining does not result in awarding the welcome bonus.
- A Participant may participate in the Program only once at a time.
IV. Points
- Points are awarded for Participant's actions on behalf of the Store:
- order value (excluding shipping costs), credited after successful order delivery, on the principles detailed in point 12.
- signing up for the Program, credited after registration, on the principles detailed in point 13.
- recommending a new Participant, credited on the principles described in par VIII,
- writing a product review, credited after verification of the written review - approx. 24h, on the principles detailed in point 14.
- Points are awarded from the moment of joining the Program; activities from before joining are not scored.
- The Participant can check their Points balance:
- on their Account in the "Loyalty Points" tab,
- when placing an Order in the cart, provided they are logged in.
- Points do not combine with discount codes - it is not possible to use Points in an order where a promotional code was used.
- The number of Points awarded depending on the amount of Purchase made is calculated as follows:
- TREE LEVEL: every 1 (one) zloty spent on cosmetics = {LOYALTY_POINTS_CONVERSION_RATE_BRONZE} Point in the program.
- MOON LEVEL: every 1 (one) zloty spent on cosmetics = {LOYALTY_POINTS_CONVERSION_RATE_SILVER} Point in the program.
- FULL MOON LEVEL: every 1 (one) zloty spent on cosmetics = {LOYALTY_POINTS_CONVERSION_RATE_GOLD} Point in the program.
- In case when, after calculating due Points, incomplete Points or Points in fractions would arise, the number of Points is subject to rounding down – to a full Point.
- Points are not exchangeable for money. Points are not electronic money.
- Points are assigned to a given Participant's Account and there is no possibility of transferring them between Accounts.
- The Organizer has the right to organize occasional promotions within the Loyalty Program, consisting in particular of awarding a greater number of Points for a specified period. The conditions of the promotion referred to in the previous sentence will be provided each time on the Store's websites.
- Loss of points occurs:
- after a year without an order placed in the store,
- after resignation from program participation.
- In case the Participant exercises the statutory right to withdraw from the sales contract, partial right to withdraw from the sales contract or the right to return under the warranty of Goods or Goods offered by the Organizer - Points credited for given Goods or Goods that are returned by the Participant under the above rights are deducted from the collected pool of Points indicated on the Participant's Account. Points are deducted within 24 hours of effective withdrawal from the sales contract or return under warranty.
- Points for order value are awarded after successful delivery of the parcel with the order. Successful delivery is recognized as information about the fact of successful delivery transferred from the Carrier's IT system to the Organizer's IT system.
- Points for signing up for the program are assigned after signing up for the program. This is a one-time bonus, which means it will not be awarded after resignation and re-registration of the Participant.
- Points for writing a product review are awarded after writing a unique review concerning a product on the opcjanatura.pl website. A unique review is one review per one unique product. Points for a review will be awarded after verification, no later than 24 hours after writing the review.
V. Loyalty Program Participation Levels
- The Program includes three levels: Tree, Moon, Full Moon.
- The Participant starts the Program at the Tree level.
- After reaching the threshold of {LOYALTY_POINTS_SILVER_THRESHOLD} Points, the Participant advances to the Moon level.
- After accumulating {LOYALTY_POINTS_GOLD_THRESHOLD} Points, the Participant advances to the Full Moon level.
- Points calculation rate depending on the level:
- Tree: 1 PLN = {LOYALTY_POINTS_CONVERSION_RATE_BRONZE} point,
- Moon: 1 PLN = {LOYALTY_POINTS_CONVERSION_RATE_SILVER} pts,
- Full Moon: 1 PLN = {LOYALTY_POINTS_CONVERSION_RATE_GOLD} pts.
VI. Points Exchange
- The value of one Point when exchanged for a discount is {LOYALTY_POINTS_TO_DISCOUNT_1} PLN.
- The Participant may use accumulated Points when placing an Order, reducing its value (excluding shipping costs).
- Points are applied before calculating other fees, Points exchange cannot be combined with discount codes.
- The Participant may exchange Points only when placing an Order in the Online Store.
VII. Referral Program
- The Participant may recommend the opcjanatura.pl Store by sending an invitation using the referral form available in the "Loyalty Points" tab on their Account.
- A successful referral is recognized when the referred person:
- creates a new Account,
- places their first Order,
- For a successful referral, both the referred person and the referrer receive {RECOMMENDATION_LOYALTY_POINTS} Points.
- Points for referral will be awarded after positive verification, no later than within 24 hours of placing an Order by the referred person.
- A referral is successful only for persons who have never been registered in the Store before and have not placed any Orders.
VIII. Termination of Loyalty Program Participation
- The Participant may unsubscribe from the Program at any time through the "Loyalty Points" tab on their Account.
- Unsubscribing results in the loss of all accumulated, unused Points.
- Re-joining does not result in awarding the welcome bonus again.
- The Organizer may suspend or terminate the Loyalty Program. The Participant will be informed about this at least 14 (fourteen) days before suspending or terminating the Loyalty Program. This information will also be provided on the Online Store's website.
- For valid reasons, the Organizer may suspend or terminate the Participant's participation in the Program and terminate the agreement. Valid reasons referred to in the previous sentence include making the Account available to an unauthorized person, abuse or other violations of the Regulations, including the Store Regulations related to this Loyalty Program. Termination requires indication of the reason for terminating participation in the Loyalty Program.
IX. Complaints
- The Participant may submit complaints regarding the calculation and exchange of Points electronically to the address: {CUSTOMER_SERVICE_EMAIL}.
- The complaint should contain the Participant's data, description of non-compliance and evidence in the form of Order number or screenshots.
- The Organizer will consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt.
- In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the opcjanatura.pl online store Regulations and applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
