Gift Voucher Regulations

§1 Preliminary Provisions

These Regulations define the rules for using gift vouchers purchased through the opcjanatura.pl website, available at https://opcjanatura.pl.

§2 Definitions

Gift Voucher
- sold through the store https://opcjanatura.pl, entitling the Holder to make payments for goods offered for sale in the Online Store www.opcjanatura.pl;
Purchaser
- a natural person purchasing a Gift Voucher.
Holder
- a person redeeming a Gift Voucher.
Online Store
- a website on which Goods and Gift Vouchers are offered for sale, operating in the domain www.opcjanatura.pl.
Voucher Issuer
- refers to the seller specified in the store regulations.
Goods
- a product presented for sale through the Online Store, which may be the subject of a transaction using a Gift Voucher.
  §3 General Terms
The Issuer offers Gift Vouchers for purchase in the Online Store with values of 50.00 PLN, 100.00 PLN, 150.00 PLN, 200.00 PLN. For each Gift Voucher, the Purchaser pays the corresponding nominal value of the Gift Voucher.
The values of Gift Vouchers and their designs are published on the website www.opcjanatura.pl.
The Purchaser undertakes to provide the Issuer with monetary funds in an amount equal to the nominal value of the Gift Voucher.
The Issuer undertakes to provide the Purchaser with a Gift Voucher and to accept payments made using the Gift Voucher for goods purchased by the Holder.
A Gift Voucher may be used only to purchase goods in the Online Store.
A Gift Voucher is not exchangeable for cash (in whole or in part).
The validity period of a Gift Voucher is 6 months from the date of its sale.
The issuance of a Gift Voucher does not constitute a taxable sale for goods and services tax (VAT) purposes under applicable tax law provisions. A sales document is issued at the time of purchasing goods.
The rules and procedure for purchasing Gift Vouchers through the Online Store are defined in the Online Store Regulations available on the website www.opcjanatura.pl
§4 Gift Voucher Redemption
The Gift Voucher Holder has the right to redeem it under the following terms:
A Gift Voucher constitutes a form of payment for goods purchased in the Online Store.
The Gift Voucher Holder may use the amount indicated on the Gift Voucher for goods available in the offer in the Online Store www.opcjanatura.pl.
The Gift Voucher is activated by the Holder by entering the code placed on the Gift Voucher in the appropriate place in the order fulfillment system on the website www.opcjanatura.pl.
In case of purchasing goods with a value higher than the Gift Voucher value, the Holder is obliged to pay the difference.
The voucher has an expiration date, after which it expires. The expiration date of the Gift Voucher is not subject to change. After the expiration date of the Gift Voucher, it cannot be used for payments.
The Issuer is not responsible for the loss or damage of a Gift Voucher by the Purchaser or Holder. In such cases, duplicates will not be issued.
The Issuer reserves the right to refuse to issue goods in exchange for Gift Vouchers that are illegible, destroyed, or otherwise raise doubts about their authenticity. In such case, the Gift Voucher is deemed invalid, without the right to receive a replacement Gift Voucher.
§5 Complaints
All complaints related to the purchase of goods using a Gift Voucher will be handled by the Issuer in accordance with the complaint procedure specified in the Online Store Regulations available on the website returns and complaints.
§6 Final Provisions
The Purchaser is obliged to inform the Holder about the terms of redeeming the Gift Voucher.
The purchase of a Gift Voucher by the Purchaser and its presentation for redemption by the Holder is equivalent to acceptance of these Regulations by the Purchaser and the Holder.
In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other statutes shall apply.
The Issuer reserves the right to change the Regulations at any time. All changes take effect from the date of their introduction by the Issuer, after making the amended Regulations available for review on the Online Store website and will apply to Gift Vouchers purchased after the Regulations changes take effect.
