Delivery Methods
In the opcjanatura.pl online store, we ship all domestic orders via:
- InPost parcel lockers,
- ORLEN Paczka
- courier company,
- personal pickup (in the Krotoszyn area, details: personal pickup),
- cash on delivery.
Shipping is sent according to the price list generated when ordering based on the weight of the order and the country of delivery.
InPost Parcel Lockers:
- It is carried out from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., delivery usually takes place within 1-2 business days from the time the parcel is sent, the shipping method is available for all products. - The parcel is delivered to the point indicated in the order form. - The responsibility for informing about the delivery of the parcel to the point lies with InPost.ORLEN Paczka:

Cash on delivery shipment:
It is carried out from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., delivery usually takes place within 1-3 business days from the time the parcel is sent, the shipping method is available for all products.
Additional information:
- Goods ordered on a business day before 12:00 p.m. are shipped on the same day. Goods ordered after 12:00 p.m. are shipped the next business day. We make every effort to ensure that these deadlines are not exceeded, and in case of delays, we try to inform you by email.
- After sending the parcel, we inform you by email about the change in its status. You can track the parcel precisely on the individual page that we generate for each order.
- If the parcel has not been delivered within the time indicated on the carrier's website, please contact us.
- Please carefully inspect the shipment before accepting it. If it shows signs of mechanical damage, we suggest opening the package in the presence of the courier/at the point. In case of damage to the contents, a damage report should be prepared together with the courier/at the point.
Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods:
- Credit/debit card.
- Fast electronic transfer via Przelewy24 – the list of available banks is visible after proceeding to the payment page.
- BLIK transfer via Przelewy24.
- Cash on delivery payment.
We do not charge additional fees for any of the above payment methods.
